I am a licensed nail tech for 4 years & I pride myself on having bomb service by staying up on current trends and styles && making sure you leave smiling! Please make sure you read carefully over the policy & important info. I can’t wait to meet you : )!
- If you are a new client please come with bare nails and/or toes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- I do NOT do foreign removals or foreign fills (work that was not done by ClawTalk)
- Please use your real full first & last name when booking.
- Nail health is important, If your nails/toes have any damage, separation, fungus etc., I will not perform any nail services. We will come up with a plan for growth & restoration.
- Please make sure to add any services needed to your appointment slot, including nail art. I will not add anything last minute. i.e nail art & removals.
- If you are feeling sick please reschedule
- No extra guests unless being serviced
- If your nail is broken, came off, and/or needs repair, within the first week is free of charge. Anything more please book a repair in order for me to fix it.
- If you have any inspo please send it to me beforehand to 443-626-9162.
- Hello Beauties! I do require a deposit when booking online, which is applied toward your service. It is a retainer fee used to secure your appointment time.
-Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date one time but is non refundable ! If you cancel the deposit will not be returned.
- Final payments can be in the form of Apple Pay, Zelle, & Cash
- If there are any issues during the service please let me know then, so we can fix them before you leave. I do not mind at all!
- There will be no refunds of deposits, services, or fees unless deemed necessary by ClawTalk.
-If you are late the deposit will NOT count towards your balance & after 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. I understand life happens, if you communicate with me I can work with you!
- ** If you are a no-call no-show. . .I will NOT be able to service you in the future**
- There is only one reschedule per deposit. Any more and the appointment will be canceled and you can rebook when you are ready.
-If you need to reschedule you may do so up to 24 hours before by logging back into the website. Anything less than that and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Thank you ☺️
